Père Lachaise

Père Lachaise was another one of those places on my Paris bucket list that I’d been wanting to visit for a while.

It’s the biggest cemetery in Paris, dating back to 1804, and is home to the graves of Oscar Wilde, Jim Morrison, Edith Piaf and so many more.

We had a free Saturday one October weekend, so wrapped up warm and spent the day wandering through the winding paths and gothic crypts.

Covered in crisp Autumn leaves, the was the perfect way to spend an otherwise gloomy October afternoon.
